  • Step 1. Erase all data from all storage drives in desktops, laptops, mobile devices and any other data storage devices before the equipment is collected for disposal.

    *This is a required step prior to submission. If you cannot complete, please contact the Church Global Service Center at 1-855-537-4357

    Step 2: Prepare the Assets for Disposal

    Before you begin, please have your Asset Disposal Form [click here to download the form] filled out and ready to upload. You will be asked to upload this later in the process.

    Please note when filling in your disposal form:

    • Fill out the Asset Disposal Form completely

    • Serial Numbers or Asset Tags are required for the following items: Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, TVs, Copiers, Printers, and Tablets.

    • Peripherals do NOT require serial numbers or a separate line item. (i.e. "12- keyboards and mice" is acceptable)

    • For Monitors, you must designate the type (i.e. LCD Monitor- flat panel or CRT Monitor -this is the old tube style)

    • For Copiers, list under Model whether they are floor standing with multiple paper trays or a desk sitting model

    • Feel free to add lines to the form. There is no quantity limit.

    • Save the document to your desktop as an Excel or PDF file and title it something you can remember to upload as the last step of your submission.

    • Approximate weights are required. Reference the sample list below:
