Welcome!
This website is designed to help surplus electronic property belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
If you are in the Continental US (Alaska, and Hawaii excluded) please use this site regardless of any previous direction you may have been given.
As a steward/employee of the Church, you are responsible for the accurate tracking of the property of the Church. This includes preparing the assets for disposal and completing an Asset Disposal Form before making a request from the surplus vendor to do a pickup. This allows the Church to ensure the equipment is properly and environmentally disposed of, and a Certificate of Disposal is obtained for each serial number.
As per Church Policy, do not donate the equipment to charity or others, including Deseret Industries. The Church has contracted 3rd party vendors to certify that all Church data is securely wiped and the equipment is disposed of according to local laws. This is done to minimize risk for the Church.
Erase All DATA
Erase all data from all hard drives in Desktops, laptops, and any other data storage devices before the equipment is collected for disposal.
*This is a required step prior to submission. If you cannot complete, please contact the Church Global Help Desk at 1-855-537-4357 or email Helpdesk.DSS@ldschurch.org
